Our Foundations
Founded in 1993 by Ernst Cloete, Vryheid-based ECA Consulting is a civil engineering company dedicated to the transformation and upliftment of local communities and towns – both urban and rural. Our services have expanded over the past 31 years to incorporate all facets of civil engineering consulting.
Today ECA Consulting is home to a diverse team of dynamic engineering professionals who are making their mark on the industry. We work hard, we work smart, and we take pride in being one of the most forward-thinking, reliable, and reputable structural and civil engineering companies in South Africa.
